At Bloom By J we are committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We want all visitors to be able to access the information and services we provide online easily and comfortably.

Our Commitment

We aim to follow best practices and accessibility standards as defined by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

This means we strive to make our website:

Accessibility adjustments on this site

We have adapted this site in accordance with WCAG 2.2 guidelines, and have made the site accessible to the level of AA. This site's contents have been adapted to work with assistive technologies, such as screen readers and keyboard use. As part of this effort, we have also:

  • Used the Accessibility Wizard to find and fix potential accessibility issues

  • Set the language of the site 

  • Set the content order of the site’s pages

  • Defined clear heading structures on all of the site’s pages

  • Added alternative text to images

  • Designed the site with readable fonts, high-contrast colours, and responsive layouts

  • Ensured form fields and buttons are labelled for screen readers

  • Implemented color combinations that meet the required color contrast

  • Reduced the use of motion on the site

  • Ensured all videos, audio, and files on the site are accessible

Declaration of partial compliance with the standard due to third-party content

While we cannot control all accessibility features of these external services, we encourage providers to follow accessibility best practices.

Accessibility arrangements in the organisation 

Our organisation aims to provide an accessible and welcoming environment for all visitors. We offer on-site parking, including spaces close to the entrance, and a flat, step-free path up to the house. However, please note that the building is not fully wheelchair accessible, as there is a small step at the entrance that may require assistance. Visitors with specific accessibility needs are encouraged to contact us in advance so we can make any reasonable adjustments.

We regularly review our website and content to maintain and improve accessibility.
