At Bloom By J, we value your time and commitment to your treatments. This policy explains how we handle cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds to ensure fairness and clarity for both clients and practitioners.

1. Appointment Cancellations
We understand that plans can change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before your appointment will not incur a charge.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your appointment may result in a loss of your booking deposit.
No-shows or cancellations within 72 hours of the appointment will be charged the full treatment amount or deposit forfeited, at our discretion.

2. Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
This will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day.
If you cancel within the required notice period, the deposit can be transferred to another booking within 3 months.

3. Refunds on Treatments
Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments, no refunds can be given once a treatment has been performed.
Results vary between individuals, and while we aim for the best possible outcome, this cannot be guaranteed.
Refunds will only be issued:
If an error has been made by the clinic, or
If a treatment has not been carried out due to a medical contraindication identified by our practitioner.

4. Courses & Packages
Treatment courses or packages must be used within 12 months of the date of purchase (unless otherwise stated).
Unused sessions are non-refundable but may be transferred to another treatment at the clinic’s discretion.

5. Vouchers and Promotions
Gift vouchers and promotional offers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
They must be used before the stated expiry date and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Medical Unsuitability
If, on the day of your appointment, you are found to be medically unsuitable for a treatment, your deposit may be refunded or transferred to another service, at the practitioner’s discretion.

7. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in your treatment being shortened or rescheduled, and your deposit may be forfeited.
