Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Bookings All aesthetic treatment appointments must be booked in advance. A valid contact number and email address are required at the time of booking. Some treatments may require a consultation prior to your appointment. 2. Deposit Requirement A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment. Deposits cannot be transferred to other clients. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling – 72 Hours’ Notice We require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling made with 72+ hours’ notice will allow your deposit to be transferred to a new appointment date. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit. Failure to attend your appointment (“no-show”) will also result in the forfeit of your deposit and may require full payment upfront for future bookings. 4. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10–15 minutes late, we may not be able to carry out your treatment, and your deposit may be forfeited. 5. Medical Conditions & Suitability It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your medical history, medication, or health conditions before your appointment. If you are deemed unsuitable for treatment on the day due to undisclosed information, your deposit may be forfeited. 6. Age Requirement Clients must be 18 years or older to receive any aesthetic treatment. ID may be requested. 7. Refunds Payments and deposits for treatments are non-refundable, except in cases where the clinic must cancel your appointment. 8. Policy Agreement By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to our clinic’s booking and cancellation policy.
